"Blackcorvettes.com") operated by The Black Sheep Squadron or its affiliates or subsidiaries ("Blackcorvettes.com" or "Browning Consulting"), is
comprised of various Web sites and Web pages. The Blackcorvettes.com Web Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification
of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Blackcorvettes.com Web Sites constitutes your agreement to all such terms,

other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages in any arbitration initiated
under this section, except as may be required by statute.
